Which parts of the Las Vegas Valley do you cover?

Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Blue Diamond and the Nellis AFB area. If your property sits just outside those lines, email walker@galindogroupre.com and Walker will tell you honestly whether he is the right fit.

Will I be working with Walker himself?

Yes. Walker handles your pricing conversation, your showings, your offer negotiation and your closing paperwork personally.

When can I reach the office?

Weekdays from early morning through the evening, and both weekend days through the afternoon. Email is answered outside those windows as soon as Walker is back at his desk.

How do you decide what my home should list for?

Walker reviews recent closed sales in your specific subdivision, what is currently competing with you, and how long similar homes sat before going under contract — then gives you a price range rather than one flattering number.

I am being stationed at Nellis AFB. Can you help on a tight timeline?

Yes. Tell Walker your report date and he will build the search and offer schedule backward from it, including what can be handled remotely before you arrive.

What should I send in my first message?

Sellers: your address and roughly when you want to be out. Buyers: your target areas, bedroom count and price ceiling. That is enough for Walker to reply with a real plan.
